Seth Yingling | Owner
With more than 15 years of experience, Seth is a thorough and detailed craftsman. As the owner and founder of Yingling Builders, he’s hands-on with each new home.
Seth is a Brown County, IL native. He first developed his love for new home construction while working for ServiceMaster, where he specialized in water, fire, and mold restoration. After he and his wife, Stephanie, built their forever home, they realized their passion could become something more.
Yingling Builders was founded in 2019. In 2021, Seth introduced Wausau Home Products to their repertoire, and by 2023, he proudly earned the title of Premier Builder for Wausau.
A devoted St. Louis Cardinals Baseball fan, Seth coaches his kids’ teams, sharing his sports passion. He is a committed Christian and family man who relishes activities like hunting, fishing, gardening, traveling, and caring for the family’s newest addition—chickens.
Stephanie Yingling | Chief Marketing Officer
Stephanie is an owner of Yingling Builders and is an integral role in both the day-to-day operations and long-term direction of the company. Working alongside her husband, Seth, she leads design, home selections, marketing, strategic planning, business development, and many of the systems and processes that set Yingling Builders apart. She also assists with estimating and bookkeeping and manages project allowances throughout the building process.
Stephanie is passionate about the homeowner experience and care. From helping clients develop a cohesive vision for their home to guiding selections while keeping allowances and overall project goals in mind, she works to make the custom building process feel organized, personal, and approachable. Her attention to detail and drive to continually improve have helped shape many of the processes that Yingling Builders uses to provide greater communication, transparency, and consistency across projects.
Having grown up in a family rooted in the trades, Stephanie has always been familiar with the complexity of building. Today, she combines life experience and background with her eye for design, organization, and business strategy to help Yingling Builders continue to grow while remaining grounded in the values that built its foundation.
Outside of serving future homeowners, Stephanie enjoys giving back to the community, volunteering with Action Brown County, and staying physically active. With a deep commitment to faith, family, and community, Stephanie values the opportunity to work with a company that emphasizes growth, honors tradition, and creates homes where families can thrive.
Wyatt Stucker | Project Manager
Wyatt Stucker is your dedicated project manager who tirelessly strives for perfection in every construction endeavor. His journey in the industry began at the young age of 14 when he first discovered his passion for building while working for a family friend.
Wyatt’s expertise encompasses a wide range of craftsmanship and skill. Among a litany of problem solving abilities – he is talented in siding, windows, and brickwork, establishing him as a specialist in his field. He consistently prioritizes quality and durability in every project. What makes him a master project manager is that he has done the work, knows what it takes and has countless hours of reality which then is translated into managing your project with expertise and experience.
Beyond the workplace, Wyatt is a devoted family man, cherishing quality time with his wife of 9 years and their two daughters through mini vacations and hunting traditions. His unwavering pursuit of excellence has consistently produced remarkable results that not only meet but exceed present and past client expectations. Wyatt’s approachable demeanor and sincere nature help nurture strong connections with both clients, vendors and colleagues. The result is a collaborative spirit that’s essential for creating a better community and ensuring the perfect home for your family.
