Phase 1: Your Way
In this stage, we’ll set the groundwork for your new home. Together, we’ll discuss your vision for the space, create a detailed budget and visit the location you hope to build on.

Phase 2: Firm Price
We’ll deliver a customized project quote and go over every detail with you, making sure it stays within your budget. Then, you’ll experience a 3-D movie tour of your future home.

Phase 3: On Time
The time has come: We’re going to break ground on your new house! After your build has wrapped up, your home will receive a deep-cleaning to remove every trace of our construction team.
